The soil is clayey, with an abundance of gravel that is ideal for optimum ripening.
As for the plantation, 2 hectares with trained vines (approximately 10 years old) and 1 hectare using the goblet method (100 years old), from where we harvest our selection vintage.

The land is 100% limy soil, giving wines great potential in terms of colour and structure. Production levels reach 3000 kg per hectare.
We produce our wines based on a meticulous, family-based system regarding growing techniques, the vineyard, harvest and pruning… We take care of every detail in the process for making each of our wines. We do everything ourselves and none of the processes are outsourced. We look after every part of the process in detail, from the land to bottling, to obtain a unique product of high quality.
With an exclusive and exquisite process, we obtain our “Vendimia Seleccionada”, our most exclusive wine, producing only around 3000 bottles.
Our Vendimia Seleccionada comes from our 100-year-old vineyards and, depending on each vintage, they lie in the barrel for 16-18 months. They are made with 100% Tinto Fino (Tempranillo) grapes.
The wine is made in 1000-litre vats and aged in new barrels made with alternating staves of American oak and French oak (18 of each) to achieve its smooth palate.
